So far, not pleased nor impressed with MGM. Just on observation here, why does it make any sense to spread the seafood out to 3 different locations instead of all together? I have talked to quite a few previous customers that share my opinion. Not only has the setup been changed to not make any sense but the food preparation has suffered as well. Change is not good when being done simply to change. The sides came to agree on about 2.5 million annually through 2026 or 15 million in total. The buffet gets my harshest criticism here. The Hard Rock has been changed to Tap sports bar. An MGM Resorts original concept with locations at MGM Grand Las Vegas, MGM National Harbor in Oxon Hill, MD and MGM Detroit, TAP is a popular, high-energy restaurant and sports bar where guests enjoy the latest sporting events while surrounded by sports memorabilia. The restaurants have been redone and not for the better either. More machines have been taken out than brought in.
When arriving I always was greeted with a smile and welcome, not anymore, lucky to get a grunt on both arrival and exit. That said, still waiting for improvement. The staff was awesome and the pizza was good. The wife and I had a meat pizza and drinks before leaving the casino.
News to me, your card used for the casino has food dollars on it and I actually ate for free. Recently rebranded as MGM from Hard Rock. MGM Northfield Park, 10777 Northfield Rd, Northfield.
